1. Overview
Rankli is a monthly subscription service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how cancellation works. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. 7-day refund on your first month
We want you to feel confident trying Rankli. If you're not satisfied with the Service during your first 7 calendar days after your first payment, email us at hello@getrankli.com and we'll refund that first month in full.
You don't need to give a reason, but we appreciate honest feedback so we can improve.
3. After your first month
Because Rankli involves ongoing monitoring, content delivery, and work performed on your store, monthly fees after the first month are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current or prior months.
If you believe a charge was made in error — for example, a duplicate payment or a charge after you cancelled — contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct it.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@getrankli.com from the email address associated with your account, or by using the customer portal if you have one. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep access to the Service until then, and you won't be charged again.
5. What stays with you
Everything Rankli installs on or builds into your store — UCP-aligned schema, GEO product descriptions, FAQ and buying-guide content, AggregateRating markup, identity signals — stays with you after you cancel. You don't lose any of the work. What stops is the ongoing monitoring, reports, and content updates.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available where:
- You requested a refund outside the 7-day window for your first month.
- You violated our Terms of Service or were terminated for cause.
- Custom or one-time deliverables have already been delivered and accepted.
- Applicable law or a payment-processor rule prevents us from issuing a refund.
If a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, we will of course comply with that law regardless of what this policy says.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most disputes can be resolved quickly by email. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and may incur dispute fees, which we may pass on. We always prefer to make things right directly.
8. How to request a refund
Email hello@getrankli.com with:
- The email address on your Rankli account.
- The store URL associated with your subscription.
- The date and approximate amount of the charge.
- A short note about why you're requesting a refund (optional but helpful).
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
